Standard Shipping
Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Availability: Available for all domestic orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order and the shipping method chosen. You can view the exact shipping charges at checkout before completing your purchase.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are based on orders placed before 12 PM local time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Holidays and Weekends:
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor the status of your delivery.

You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Genie Basket account and navigating to “My Orders”.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number and any relevant details, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. Genie Basket is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, some factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays) may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.
Rescheduling a Delivery
If you need to reschedule a delivery, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. The carrier’s website will have options for rescheduling delivery times and locations.
